How much are the courses?
IXII courses range from $75 to $100 per student per day. Course fees will be listed on each course when it is scheduled.
How many free spots can I get if we host?
Host agencies receive one free tuition when there are 20 paid students. They receive 2 free spots with 23 paid students and 3 free spots with 27 paid students.
Do you teach on weekends or alternate hours?
Yes! IXII Group will present courses that are 8-hours long anytime between 8am and Midnight. We also teach on weekends if there is a local demand for that.
Will our instructor be an expert in the area of instruction?
Yes! IXII Group only send expert instructors for each course being presented. Our instructors are all Advanced or Master Level Instructors through California POST. Each instructor has expertise in various courses IXII Group presents. You will never have an instructor teaching that isn’t an expert in the specific course content being presented.
What is IXII’s teaching style?
All of our instructors teach using a facilitation method. We do not lecture and do not subscribe to a “death by PowerPoint” philosophy. Students are engaged throughout the entire course and will walk away with new knowledge and skills.
Do I have to send a minimum number of employees to a course?
No. You can send as few as 1 student, or as many as the remaining number of spaces in the class. If you desire sending more than a few students, contact us directly at contact@ixiigroup.com to ensure we can accommodate your group.
If it’s near the end of my fiscal year, can I pay for the course after the new fiscal year begins?
IXII Group wants to work with your agency to determine the most convenient method to get your student in the course. Contact us directly at contact@ixiigroup.com if special invoicing arrangements are necessary.
Do I need to be employed by a Public Safety Agency to attend an IXII Course?
Yes. Course content is designed to be delivered to current public safety dispatch and other law enforcement and public safety employees.
Are all of your courses California POST certified?
No. Most IXII Group courses have received California POST certification. See our courses page to see which courses are currently certified with California POST certification.
Does IXII Group create course content for private companies?
Yes. IXII employees and owners are all California POST Advanced Level or Master Level Instructors. They are all versed in completing Training Needs Assessments and creating Total Training Packages for companies. Contact IXII Group directly at contact@ixiigroup.com to inquire about having coursework developed for your company.
Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code for IXII Training Classes, however it is encouraged that you have your students dress in business/business-casual out of respect for the host agency. Need some ideas? Check out our Pinterest page.
Why is there a credit card processing fee?
In January, we had to make an administrative change to our credit card acceptance policy and listed those changes during the checkout process. The change was made because of the number of credit card registrations combined with the number of cancellations from courses paid by credit card. We incur fees to accept credit cards and incur the same fees again when providing a refund for a cancellation. This costs us thousands of dollars per year as many agencies register students using a credit card, just to cancel them later.
How do I cancel my registration?

What is IXII’s policy on refunds?
If IXII Group is notified of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to the course presentation date, your agency will receive a refund totaling 50% of the course tuition cost. If cancellation is made 13 days or less before the course presentation date, your prepaid tuition will not be refunded.
Agencies choosing to pay by check are subject to this same policy; cancellation with at least 14 days will still owe 50% of the total tuition, while cancellations of 13 day or less will owe 100% of the total tuition.
In the event a course is cancelled by IXII Group, Inc., notification of that cancellation will be made at least three (3) weeks prior to the course presentation date and will be made by email from IXII Group to the email provided during the registration process. if cancelled by IXII Group, Inc., 100% of all prepaid tuition will be refunded in the method of original payment, less credit card processing surcharges paid upon checkout.”
