Cancellation/Refund Policy and Registration Agreements

If IXII Group is notified of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to the course presentation date, your agency will receive a refund totaling 50% of the course tuition cost with credit card processing fees excluded. If cancellation is made 13 days or less before the course presentation date, your prepaid tuition will not be refunded.

Agencies choosing to pay by check are subject to this same policy; cancellation with at least 14 days will still owe 50% of the total tuition, while cancellations of 13 day or less will owe 100% of the total tuition.

In the event a course is cancelled by IXII Group, Inc., notification of that cancellation will be made at least three (3) weeks prior to the course presentation date and will be made by email from IXII Group to the email provided during the registration process.  If cancelled by IXII Group, Inc., 100% of all prepaid tuition will be refunded in the method of original payment, less credit card processing surcharges paid upon checkout.

Only check this box if you’ve received permission from your agency to register yourself or another student and the agency has agreed to pay the associated tuition.  If you have not received permission from your agency please obtain that prior to registering, as the cancellation policy applies immediately upon registering.
