Tactical Dispatch Basic Concepts – Vacaville (September 4th)

The objectives of this 8-hour course are designed to provide common concepts surrounding the handling of a tactical incident by law enforcement dispatchers. The course will focus on types of events, event management, resource allocation, and various types of tactical incident teams, tools, resources and working a tactical event from inside the communications center.
